We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch all orders received prior to 2.00pm, on Monday to Friday’s, on the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm, on Monday to Thursday’s, will be dispatched the following day. Stationery items are delivered via Amazon. Paperback books are usually delivered within 2 working days. Hardback books are usually delivered within 10 working days. Note:- Express Delivery upgrade at checkout does not apply to books. If selected, any additional charges will not be refunded

Some Gifts are dispatched separately from our Greeting Cards. These Gifts are dispatched within 1 working day and posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
