Refunds/Returns
Purple Pug like happy customers. Items can be returned to us by emailing orders@purplepug.co.uk for further instructions. Items must be returned in a resalable condition for a refund to be issued. We ask you to return the item via a delivery method which requires signature on receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. You will be responsible for paying the return postage. A refund will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned item
We do not offer refunds on Personalised Greeting Cards and Personalised Made To Order Products
Should an item receive damage in the post, you must inform us within 24 hours of taking delivery by emailing orders@purplepug.co.uk We will reply with further instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Purple Pug will pay the return postage in this circumstance
Terms & Conditions
We use all endeavours to ensure all products are shown and described accurately. However, there may be small variations in colour, fonts, layout and packaging
The images on our website are for guidance only. We strive to ensure all images and descriptions portray an accurate likeness but we cannot guarantee an exact likeness
Designs, artwork, imagery, and all other material that appears on our website is protected by Purple Pug’s or third party partners/suppliers copyright and trade marks
By completing an order you are agreeing to purchase the items contained within your completed order. Once you have completed your order we will take payment via your chosen payment method. By completing your order, you are confirming the details entered are correct, the payment method belongs to you, and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order
We have the right to cancel your order and will reverse the payment in this circumstance. There are limited circumstances in which we would use our right to cancel your order
Once an order is completed it cannot be amended or cancelled
Delivery
At the present time our products are only available within the United Kingdom
We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch all orders received prior to 2.00pm, on Monday to Friday’s, on the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm, on Monday to Thursday’s, will be dispatched the following day. Orders received after 2.00pm on Friday’s, will be dispatched on the following Monday *Not applicable to stationery/books, some Gifts and Made To Order Products, see below
Stationery items are delivered via Amazon. Paperback books are usually delivered within 2 working days. Hardback books are usually delivered within 10 working days. Note:- Express Delivery upgrade at checkout does not apply to books. If selected, any additional charges will not be refunded
Gifts (for Made To Order Gifts/Products see below) - Some Gifts are dispatched separately from our Greeting Cards. These Gifts are dispatched by our chosen Gift supplier Something Different Wholesale. These Gifts are dispatched within 1 working day and posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Therefore Express Delivery upgrade at checkout does not apply to these Gifts. If selected, any additional charges will not be refunded. See each item for information
Made To Order Clothing & Gifts have varying delivery lead times. See each item for estimated delivery time. Note:- Express Delivery upgrade at checkout does not apply to Made To Order Clothing & Gifts. If selected, any additional charges will not be refunded
Purple Pug and the chosen delivery service provider cannot be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions, fire, flooding, accidents, traffic, riots, terrorism, acts or God, or industrial action
Personalisation
Should you choose for Purple Pug to personalise the inside of your chosen Greeting Card, We will match the font of your messages to your chosen Greeting Cards standard centre message. Size and justification of your messages will be chosen by Purple Pug depending on length of your message.
We will not correct spelling and grammar. We will presume where you have and haven’t used capital letters is correct for print
Your photos may be cropped and resized to suit positioning. We will not send you an image of the finalised product prior to print for approval. Photos should be high density and bright
